2. The plaintiff's Motion to Compel Answers to
Interrogatories and to Compel Production of Documents against
all defendants filed February 15, 1979;
3. The plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment
or in the Alternative Motion to Strike ~~rd Dismiss Usury
Defenses filed April 4, 1979;
4. The defendant Helmut Siewert's Objections to

Second, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Affirmative Defenses (all of
which were filed June 30, 1978) and the defendant Heller's and
Ft. Pierce Construction Corporation's Amended Affirmative
Defense numbered 1 (filed February 23, 1979), the plaintiff's
motion having beer. filed on July 5, 1979.
