Deposition served July 5, 1979 be and hereby is denied except
that the plaintiff shall have the right to take the deposition
of the defendants' experts disclosed at the pretrial conference;
7. The plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment
or in the Alternative Motion to Strike defendant Siewert's
Second, Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Affirmative Defenses (all of
which were filed on June 30, 1978), and the defendant Heller's
and Ft. Pierce Construction Corporation's Amended Affirmative
Defense numbered 1 (filed February 23, 1979), the plaintiff's
motion hav izg been filed on July 5, 1979 be and hereby is denied.
