After due notice, this cause came on to be heard on
Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment.
It appearing that there is no genuine issue as to any
material fact and that the Plaintiff is entitled to a
judgment as a matter of law, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff`s Motion for
f Summary Final Judgment be and is hereby granted; and that
the Plaintiff, AFFILIATED PAPER COMPANIES, INC., a corporation
