NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all whom it may concern, that
on the 10th day of October, 1979, WALTER L. CARLTON, instituted
a suit-against the above-named Defendants, WILLIAM E. TUCKER
and BERTA MAY TUCKER, his wife, in the Circuit Court of the
19th Judicial Circuit, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida.
That relief sought for in said suit is the foreclosure of
a first mortgage held by WALTER L. CARLTON on the real property
located in St. Lucie County, Florida. Said real property being
more particularly described as follows:
The North 660 feet of the East 785 feet
of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25,
Township 36 South, Range 37 East, less the
East 125 feet for Flood Control right-of-way
in St. Luc,~/i,~(e County, Florida.
