THIS CAUSE came on for consideration upon the Motion of
the Plaintiff to correct a typographical error contained, in the
Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale and the Court having rendered t
the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale and having discovered
that there is an error in addition expressed in the total amount of
the Judgment and the Court. being otherwise fully advised in the

premises, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
€ 1. That the amount of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure
and Sale is corrected to read $30,230.50 which amount is the total
of the amounts awarded in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and
Sale.
