The petitioner, Ray C. Lampp, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the-above estate as
decedent's surviving spouse, beneficiary and nominated per- ~

2. Decedent, Marion F.. Lampp, whose last known address
was 36 Sovereign Way, Fort Pierce, Florida, and whose age was
50 years, and whose social security number was 060-26-0982,
died on September 17, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the i
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages

estate, is entitled to preference in appointment as personal
