LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

a resident of the state of Florida and residing in Indian River
County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and
over the age of eighteen (18) years, do make, publish and declare
this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all
wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
At the time of the execution of this will, my family, heirs
and next of kin consist of my husband, Ray C. Lampp, hereinafter
called my said husband, and my three children, David Wade Lampp,
Susan Stacy Lampp and Jacqueline Lee Lampp, hereinafter called my
said children.
Item One: A. I desire and instruct that all my just debts and
funera expenses be paid as soon as possible after my death without
inconvenience to my estate or to the personal representative
thereof.
B. I further desire and instruct that all death,
inheritance, estate and succession taxes on my estate or on the
devolution of any portion thereof or levied by reason of my death
(including those levied on proceeds of policies of insurance on my
life), whether or not the property, transfer or proceeds with
respect t0 Wh1Ch said taxes Qic ic~ic~ :"S ~ ~~~-~~-o a4~ my
death, be paid out of my residuary estate,~and that the personal j
representative of my estate shall not require any transferee to
reimburse my estate for said taxes so paid nor deduct the same from
the share of any beneficiary hereunder.
C. If at the time of my death I am a joint owner
with right of survivorship, tenant by the entirety, co-owner or
owner of any real property, tangible personal property or intan-
gible personal property, including, without limiting the generality
of the foregoing, stocks, corporate bonds, government bonds,
checking accounts, passbook savings accounts and certificates of
deposit, which is registered or issued in my name-and the name or
names of another person or other persons as tenants by the entirety
or as joint owners with right of survivorship, or which is payable
to either co-owner or the survivor or survivors of them, I give,
devise and bequeath all of my right, title and interest in any such
property to the surviving tenant or tenants by the entirety,
surviving joint owner or owners with right of survivorship, or
surviving co-owner or co-owners. It is my understanding that all
of my right, title and interest in any such property will pass to
such surviving tenant or tenants by the entirety, surviving joint
owner or owners with right of survivorshiv or surviving co-owner or
co-owners upon my death by operation of law, but I nevertheless
make these provisions in order to eliminate any possible question
as to the right of such survivor or survivors to succeed to the
ownership of such property upon my death and to guard against the
possibility that a valid tenancy by the entirety or a valid joint
ownership with right of survivorship was not created during my
lifetime.
Item Two: I give and devise whatever household furniture,
furnishings and equipment, utensils, tools, silverware, china,
