crystal, books, pictures, paintings, art objects, automobile or
automobiles, boat or boats, sporting equipment,~bric-a-brac,
clothing, jewelry, other personal effects and other tangible per-
sonal property of personal use or ornament I may own at the time of
my death to my said husband, if he survives rae, or,~if he does not
.survive me, to such of my said children as do survive me, in equal
shares.
Item Three: I give and devise the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate and property, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situated, including lapsed devises and also including proceeds of
policies of life insurance payable to my personal representative or
my estate, if any, to my said husband, if he survives me.
Ttem Four: If my said husband does not survive me, I direct
my personal representative to divide my residuary estate, as above
defined, into as many equal shares as shall equal in number those
of my said children who survive me and those of my said children
who predecease me leaving issue surviving me; and
1. I give and devise one such equal snare per sLiiF,cS t.:.a
issue then living of each deceased child of mine;
2. I give and devise one such equal share to each child of
mine who survives me and is more than thirty years of age at the
time of my death; and
3. I give and devise one such equal share to my trustee here-
inafter named, in trust, for the benefit of each child of mine who
survives me and is less than thirty years of age at the time of my -
death, for the following uses and purposes:
A. My trustee shall set apart and hold one such equal share
as a separate trust fund for the benefit of each child of mine who
survives me and is less than thirty years of age at the time of my
death; hold, manage, invest and reinvest the principal thereof; and
collect the income therefrom.

B. Until the child for whom such trust fund shall be set
apart attains the age of twenty-one years, my trustee shall pay ~
over to or for the benefit of such child all or so much of the net i
income as my trustee shall see fit, and add any of the1 Qnet incom(e~
