not paid to or for the benefit of such child to the principal of
the trust fund at such time or times as my trustee shall see fit.
C. After such child attains the age of twenty-one years, my
trustee shall pay over to or for the benefit of such child all of
the net income, not less frequently than quarter-annually, until
such child attains the age of thirty years.
D. Each trust shall terminate upon the attainment of the age
of thirty years by the child for whom such trust fund shall be set
apart and, upon termination, my trustee shall pay over the entire
balance of the trust fund to such child.
E. If the child for whom such trust fund shall be set apart
dies before attaining the age of thirty years, my trustee shall pay'
over the entire balance of the trust fund to the issue of such
child living at the death of such child, or, if there be no such
issue then living, to my issue living at the death of such child,
or, if there be no issue of mine then living, to my father, David
Estlow, and my mother, Marion R. Estlow, in equal shares, or all to

neither of them is then living, to my brother-in-law, Alvin Lampp,
my sister-in-law, Erma Boyett, and my sister-in-law, Iris Fleming,
in. equal shares, or alI to the survivor or survivors of them if one
or more of them is not then living.
F. Until the. termination of a trust, my trustee shall pay
over to or for the benefit of the child for whom such trust fund
shall be set apart such part or parts or all of the principal
thereof as my trustee, in its sole and absolute discretion, deems
necessary for the proper care, support, maintenance and education ;
of such child. The judgment of my trustee as to the amount of such
payments and as to the advisability thereof shall be final and
conclusive upon all persons interested or who may become interested
in such trust.
Item Five: If my said husband does not survive me, and if all
of my said children predecease me without leaving issue surviving
me, I give and devise my residuary estate, as above defined, to my
father, David Estlow, and my mother,~Marion R. Estlow, in equal
