shares, or all to the .survivor of them if one of them is not then
living, or, if neither of them is then living, to my brother-in-law,
Alvin Lampp, my sister-in-law, Erma Boyett and my sister-in-law, Iris
Fleming, in equal shares, or all to the survivor or survivors of
them if one or more does not survive me.
Item Six: I nominate, designate and appoint my said husband,
as personal representative of this last will and testament, without
bond. If my said husband does not survive me, or fails or refuses
to qualify as personal representative, or having qualified ceases
to be personal representative prior to the completion of the admin-
istration of my estate, then I nominate, designate and appoint my
brother-in-law, Alvin Lampp, as personal representative of this
last will and testament, without bond.
Item Seven: I nominate, designate and appoint First Citrus
Bank of Indian River County, a Florida banking corporation, or its
successor by merger or otherwise, as trustee of any and all trusts
created under this Last will and testament.
Item right: I hereby grant to my personal representative and
also to the trustee of each trust established hereunder (including
multiple personal representatives when there are more than one,
multiple trustees when there are more than one, ancillary personal
representative or personal representatives when there are such,
substitute or successor personal representative or personal repre-
sentatives when there are such, and substitute or successor trustee
or trustees when there are such) the continuing, absolute, discre-
. tionary power to deal with any property, real or personal, held in
my estate or in any trust, as freely as I might in the handling of
my own affairs. Such power may be exercised independently and
without the prior or subsequent approval of any court or judicial
authority, and no person dealing with the personal representative
or trustee shall be required to inquire into the propriety of any

of their actions. Without in any way limiting the generality of
the foregoing, I hereby grant to my personal representative and
also to the trustee of each trust established hereunder, the
following specific powers and authority in addition to and not in
