PETITION FOR DISCHARGE WITHOUT ACCOUNTING
The undersigned, as personal representatives of the
above estate allege:
• 1. The decedent, MOLLIE T. LYON, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 15th day of November,
1977, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioners
on November 22, 1977.
2. Petitioners file herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent to Discharge of
Fersonal Representatives.
3. Petitioners have fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision

~ for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
f 4. The amounts of compensation either paid or to be

paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen-
tatives are:
