described real property to him:
Lots 24 and 25, JEFFERSON PARK SUBDIVISION, ,
according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 96, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Less right-of-way for public roads.
2. He further says that he agrees personally to hold the
Estate harmless from any claims which might be made against it
and does further swear and affirm that he has paid all the decedent`s
bills to date of which he has any knowledge.
