THIS MATTER coming on the Petition of N. HUDSON BOLLARD,
JR., Personal Representative and sole heir of the Estate of
FANNIE A. BOLLARD, deceased, for the distribution of certain

property in the estate, it is;
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) That the following described property be and the
same is hereby distributed to N. HUDSON BOLLARD, JR., to-wit:

Lots 24 and 25, JEFFERSON PARK SUBDIVISION,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 96, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Less right-of-way for public roads.

(2) That N. HUDSON BOLLARD, JR. shall be personally
liable, if necessary, for the payment of any legitimate claims n
subsequently filed against the estate.
