The petition of JOHN H. SUTHERLAND for the appointment of
a guardian of the property of MICHAEL ALAN NOONAil, a minor, was
heard this day and it appears that the person is a minor and
that it is necessary for a guardian to be appointed; and the
court having jurisdiction and being fully advised, it is
ADJUDGED that JOHN H. SUTHERLAND is appointed as guardian
