LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP OF THE PROPERTY
Ta All Whom It May Concern:
WHEREAS, JOHN H. SUTHERLAND has been appointed guardian of
the property of MICHAEL ALAN NOONAN, a minor, and has taken the
prescribed oath and performed all other acts necessary to qualify
as the guardian:
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned judge of the above-
entitled court, declare JOHN H. SUTHERLAND duly qualified under
the laws of the State of Florida to act as the guardian of the
property of MICHAEL ALAN NOONAN, a minor, with full power to ask,
demand, sue for, recover and receive any assets belonging to the
minor; to pay the debts of the minor, if any, so far as the assets
of his estate will permit and the law direct, and to protect the

interests of the minor and his estate according to law, and to
~ render due accounts of his guardianship. R
