PETITION FOR FAMILY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
daughter of the decedent and sole beneficiary of the decedent's last
Will. Petitioner's name and address are as set forth in Paragraph 3,
and the name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at
the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, EDNA GOLDEN WARREN MULVEY, whose last known
address was 601 Seaway Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, whose age was 74
years, and whose Social Security Number was I64-26-5394, died on
March 18, 1979, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. i
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
ELEANORE MAE WARREN CALLAHAN, daughter, over 18 years
of age;
701 North Indian River Drive, Apt. 15
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The value of the gross Estate at death for Federal Estate
Tax purposes is less than $60,000.00, consisting of the following }
assets:
Sun Bank of St. Lucie County Checking
Account No. 22-3233-2 (account titled
"Edna G. Mulvey or Eleanore. M.
Callahan") - date of death balance: $ 1,814.60
