10. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required
by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will
be admitted to probate and that an Order of Family Administration be
entered directing distribution of the asser_s in this Estate in accordance
with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 7 of this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
