MINNIE L. DICKEY, Deceased.
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above
estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, Minnie L. Dickey, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on July 3rd, 1975, and Letters of Administration
were issued to Petitioner on July 21st, 1975.
2. Petitioner has filed annual accountings containing a complete
report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of
administration of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making
payment of all claims and debts that were presented and by paying
all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation to be paid to the personal
representative is set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns with
the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligation for both
federal and Florida estate t-axes.
6. Petitioner proposes to make distribution of the assets of

this estate as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached
hereto as Exhibit "B".
