ORDER j
This cause came on for hearing on the 17th day of October,
1979, upon the Wife's Motion for Temporary Relief filed herein,
and the Court having heard the testimony of the Wife aid argu-
ments of counsel for the Husband and counsel for the Wife, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Wife is awarded temporary possession of the washer
and dryer and marital furniture, consisting of the bedroom suite
presently in the marital home of the parties at 2601 Essex Drive,
Fort Pierce, Florida. ~

2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary rehabi-
litative alimony the amount of $500.00 in a lump sum, said amount
i
to be paid to the Wife no later than October 31, 1979.
~ 3. The attorney for the Wife may obtain consideration of
his motion for payment of temporary attorney's fees and costs by
e
the Husband upon motion, and the Court specifically reserves
jurisdiction for such award. - ~
