JUDGMENT AND DECREE
OF
DISSOLUTION
THIS CAUSE came on for hearing September 24, 1979
pursuant to Order for hearing of Petition of Dissolution
filed herein. Petitioner appeared by William Reick, its
President and by Harold Shear, its attorney. There were no
other appearances. Upon the testimony of William Reick, it
was determined that notice had been properly given by publi-
cation and by ordinary mail, and that allegations of the
petition were true. It was determined that the assets on
hand of the petitioner were cash in the total sum of
$ 4,701.96 of which $ 2,972.96 consists of
advances voluntarily made by its members for purposes of
effecting the assignment of its functions to the City of

Port St. Lucie, and that the petitioner has lien rights on

t certain properties of its members which are of record and in
the amount of $35.00 each on approximately 21 properties in
~ said subdivision. Petitioner informed the court that there
are no outstandin debts exce t as hereinafter set forth and

asked for the distribution of the assets of the corporation
as follows:
1. For the payment of attorneys' fees, costs and
a other out-of-pocket expenses of this proceeding.
a 2. Return to those members who made voluntary
advances to the petitioner those sums which they advanced. ~

3. Assignment of lien rights now outstanding to-
gether with assignment of remaining assets to City of
Port St. Lucie, Florida for municipal improvement.
