ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED
1. That the corporation be and hereby is dis-
solved.
2. That the president shall distribute the assets
of the corporation as follows in the following priorities:
a. To MacMillan and Shear, P.A., for balance
in full of attorneys' fees and costs, the sum
of $ 729.00
b. That petitioner pay all other outstanding
obligations. .
c. To members who made voluntary advances to
the corporation the sum of $ 2,045.00
d. The remaining balance and assignment of
lien rights to City of Port St. Lucie, FL
for municipal improvement.
