and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, MALCOLM C. COLLINS,
a/k/a BUDDY H. COLI.INS shall deposit in the registry of this court
the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000) or, in the alternative,

shall post a good and sufficient bond in said amount. The said

be justly due and owing by the Plaintiff for work performed on the
