WTNESSETH: That the ggraptors, for and in consideration of the sum

hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever, subject,

- - - 26, 1953 and recorded in Deed Book 186 at page 49 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. In the event oil or other
minerals are ever found under aforesaid property, all royalties
will belong to grantee.

and lawful authority.to sell and convey said land; that it hereby
fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said
