ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that FLORIDA HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, A Corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEASTERN HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before

knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
aver unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage
bearing date October 12, 1979 made by Hycitd D. Frazier, a single woman
and recorded in Official Records Book 3/~ Paged
or under Clerk's file nutnbery43o2~07 Public Records of St, Lucie County, Flo-
rida, upon the following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being
in St. LucieCounty, State of Florida to wit:
Lot 169, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE REPEAT, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 12, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cause whatsoever.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same unto the said party of the second part, its suc-
