KNOW ALL ~1EN BY THESE PRESENTS: What the Guard t?f 'Frustcrs of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund, for and in cunsidentiun of the
,um of Forty and no/100 Dollars to it in land paid, has remised, released and quitclaimed and by
these presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto Victory Construction, Inc . , a Florida corporation,
its successors
and assigns, all of tlx right, utk, interest, claim and demand wising out of the folbwing reservations, to-wit:
"SAVING AND RkStRVI\G unto the said, the trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Fbrida, and then
successors, the right at any time to enter upon the said lands and make or cause to be made and constructed thereon wch canals,
cuts, sluice-Nays, dikes and other works as may in the judgment of the said Trustees, or their wccessors, be necessary and needful for ~
the drainage or reclamation of any of the lands ganted Io the State of Florida by Act of Congress approved September 28, 1850, and
to lake from the said lands hereby cronveyed and to use wch gavel, stone or earth as may, in the judgment of the said Trustees, or
!heir wccesxorti be necessary to use in the making and construction of said canals, cuts, duke-ways, dikes and other wwks upon said
lands for the purposes aforesaid."

Florida, the right to the occlusive pusses ion, rxcupauun, use anJ enjoyment of a strip of land running a~YUSS the above described +
premises, one hundred and thirty fret on each side of the center line of any canal, cut, duke-way ut dike that may l,e made and
constructed on acid land by the vid Trustees of the said Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida, or their succeswr~ fur
the purpose aforesaid and the exclusive right to take, use, sell, dtspuse of and enjoy any timber, earth, stung rock ur gavel lying in or
upon said strip of land."
