1 S. The mailing of a written notice or demand addressed to the owner of record of the mortgaged premises
or directed to the sad owner at the last address sctually_~urnished to the Mortgagee, or if none directed to sai~
owner at.said mortgaged premises, end mailed by the United States mails, postage prepaid, shall be sufficient
notice tad demand in any case arising under this instrument and required by the provesions hereof or by law.
16. If the indebtedness secured liereb~• be guaranteed or insured under Title 38 United titates Code, such
'title and Regulations issued thereunder and in effect on file date hereof shall govern the rights, duties and
liabilities of the parties hernto, and any provisions of this or otl?er instruments executc•~l in connection with
said indebtedness v?hich are iacorzsistent with said Title or Regulations are hereby anundrrl to conform thereto.
.The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the benefits and advantages shall inure to, the respective
heirs, executors, administntors, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. Whenever used, the singular
number shall include the plural, the plural the singular and the use of any gender shall include all genders and
the term "Mortgagee" shall include any payee of the indebtedness hereby secured or any to terse thereof
whether by operation of law or otherwise.
