This cause came on this day for a hearing and trial before
the-Court without the intervention of a-fury and the Court find-
ing that the Defendant, JOSEPH L. CARTER d/b/a ASK-US ROFING
CO*~ANY is indebted to the Plaintiff. WICKBS LUMBER CO., in the
swm of Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars and Forty-
eight Cents ($5,488.48); that therefore:
IT ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said Plaintiff does have
and recover of and fray said Defendant the sum of Five Thousand
Four Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars and Forty-eight Cants ($5.488.48),
damages together with the cost in its behalf expended and herein
taxed at Twenty-seven Dollars and Fifty Cants ($27.50) plus a
i legal rate of interest thereon in the amount of $
