FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned promises to pay to the above ,
Payee, or order, at the above address or at such address as the holder hereof
may designate in writing, the above principal sum, together with interest
thereon from date at the above interest rate per annum until maturity. In
the event of any default in the payment of any sum or any obligation required
by the terms hereof or any securing mortgage or other collateral security
agreement securing this note for a period of 10 days-the entire sum of principal
and interest remaining unpaid shall, at the option of the holder hereof,
become immediately due and payable. This note, including any installment
~ payment of principal and/or interest, shall bear interest at the above interest ,
rate after maturity from the respective maturity date thereof until paid. The
~ maker and endorser hereof waives demand, presentment, notice of non-payment,
€ dishonor and protest, and agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees in case this

The principal sum hereof, together with interest, shall be payable
~ as follows:
Interest shall be payable monthly on the First (1st) day ~ -
of each month, commencing NOVEMBEK 1, 1979 and continuing -
~ through OCTOBER 1, 1989 with the balance of principal and all
accrued interest being due and payable in full ten (10) years
a after date.
Each installment t~ayment shall be credited first on the interest
then due .and the remainder on principal,and interest shall there-
upon cease upon the principal so credited.
