This action was heard before the Court. On the evidence presented
IT IS ADJUDGED THAT:

1. The bonds of marriage between Petitioner EDWARD C. OLSEN and
CO
Respondent GERALDINE H. OLSEN are dissolved because the marriage is
irretrievably broken. t~
2. The Property Settlement Agreement dated July 8, 1976, between
the parties, introduced in evidence and marked Petitioner's Exhibit 1 was
executed voluntarily after full disclosure and is for the best interest of
the parties and is approved and incorporated in this judgment by reference
s
and the parties are ordered to comply with said agreement. ~
