CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED
THIS CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED made the 5th day of
October, 1979 by RACHEL G. SAMPLE, the unremarri~ surviving p
spouse of Harry H. Sample, deceased, hereinafter called the
grantor, to JACK GORHAM and V. R. GORHAM, JR., as Trustees of
the GORHAM CONSTRUCTION COMPANY EMPLOYEE PROFIT SHARING TRUST,
as to an undivided 50 per cent interest, whose postoffice address
is P. O. Box 6, Fort Pierce, FL 33450, hereinafter called the
grantee: (Wherever used herein, the terms "grantor" and "grantee"
include all the parties to this instrument, the heirs, legal
representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
W I T N E S S E T H
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Begin at the NE corner of vacated Block 18, MARAVILLA TERRACE,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, page 50, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; then run North 177 feet
to the NE corner of Block 17, then run West 667.88 feet to
the NW corner of Block 20, thence South on the East right of
way of South 19th Street 225.8 feet, thence East 125 feet,
thence South 120 feet, thence East 206.8 feet, thence North
272.9 feet, thence Southeasterly to the NE corner of Block
18 to the point of beginning; AND
Begin 25 feet East of the SE corner of Block 19, MARAVILLA
TERRACE, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 5, page 50,
then run North 272.9 feet, thence Southeasterly to the NE corner
of Block 18, thence South, along the East line of Block 18,
145.9 feet, more or less, to the SE corner of Block 18, then
West to the point of beginning.
Grantor hereby confers on the above named trustees the power
and authority to sell, lease, encumber or otherwise manage
and dispose of the above described real property.
t THIS IS A CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED designed to cure the existing
~ indefiniteness as to the grantee of an undivided 50 per cent
interest in the above described real property created by that
certain warranty deed from the within grantor and her deceased
husband dated June 19, 1973, recorded in O.R. Book 215, page
~ 1533, public records of St. Lucie County.
~ TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
tenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; ~
_ that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell '
and convey said land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the
