ADJUDICATION OF CONTEMPT
After hearing testimony of both parties this October 19, 1979, this
Court finds the Respondent MRON RICNARDSON in arrears $465.00 Which includes
Court costa. the Respondent is gainfully employed and has the ability to pay
each and every month as ordered.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of
this Court and is sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County
Jail. Respondent can purge himself of this contempt by payment of $150.00 by
4:00 P.M. today, October 19, 1979, or the Sheriff or his duly authorized deputy
are:
ORDERED to arrest the said AARON RICHARDSON for- execution of the above
described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be promptly notified of his arrest.
FURTHER, regular child support payaents of $150.00 are to be made each

and every month on the 20th day of the month. In addition, each and every week

~ there shall be a payment of $10.00 towards the balance of arrears due and owing

~ until the balance is paid in full. Payments to be made to the Clerk of the Court
in cash, cashier's check or money and to include an additional $2.00 statutory
Clerk's fee.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper. ~~yy
