O R D E R
By agreement of the parties the arrearage of child support
as required by the Final Judgment- Order of this Court- as of the
date September 28, 1979, is $4,819.50 including Court costs. The
parties having further agreed as to the method of payment in open
court it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing October 5, 1979 the
Respondent is directed to make the regular $50.00 a week support
payments and an arrearage payment of $25.00 each and every week
plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00 through the Clerk of the

~ Court in cash, cashier's check or money order.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is re- i

tained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
