ay agreement of the parties the arrearage of child support as required ;
by the Final Judgment -Order of this Court - as of the date September 28, 1979,
is $4,505.00 including Court costa. The parties having further agreed as to the
method of payment in open court; it is,
ORDER® AND ADJUDGED that commencing October 5, 1979, the Respondent is
directed to make the regular $30.00 a week support payments and an arrearage pay-
went of $20.00 each and every week plus the statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00,
through the Clerk of the Court in cash, cashier's check or money order.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
