THIS CAUSE came on Motion for Enforcement and Contempt
and upon hearing testimony of both parties and arguments of
Counsel, and upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Petitioner shall permit reasonable rights of ~
visitation as provided in the Final Judgment. The Respondent shall
not appear for visitation having consumed any form of alcohol. If

such occurs, the Petitioner shall properly deny visitation and ~
advise the Court by affidavit.
k 2. The Respondent shall make the child support payments

of $70.00 each .and every week directly to the Clerk of the Court
t
without failure or, by affidavit of the Petitioner, the Respondent 1
shall be required to show cause why he should not be held in con-
~ tempt of Court and~be sentenced to sixty (60) days in the St. Lucie
County jail.

3. The arrears of $988.00 due and owing as of September
~ 28, 1979, from the Respondent to the Petitioner, are hereby ordered
into common-law judgment in the sum of $988.00 for which let execu-
tion issue.

z 4. The Motion for Enforcement and Contempt is otherwise
denied, and Respondent is hereby found not to be in willful contempt

of Court.
