Eoth parties having appeared at hearing on Motion for Enforcement
October 12, 1979, and agreed to the arrears as being $208.50 including Court
costs; it is,
ORDBRED AND ADJUDGED commencing Friday, October 19, 1979, as agreed in '
open court, payment shall be $40.00 a week on the arrears of $208.50 until same
is paid in full. These payments are to be in addition to previously ordered
Child support payments of $40.00 each and every ~~eek to the Clerk of the Court
in cash, cashier's check or money order and to include the $2.00 statutory
Clerk's fee.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this
