That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by
the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby aclayawledged, has granted, n
bargained and sold to the Grantee, and the Grantee's heirs and assigns ~r
forever, the following described condaninium unit situated, lying and
being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT NO. 2A OF LAWIVWlOOD MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, a
condominium acvording to the Declaration of Condo-
minium dated the 17th day of July, 1978, and
recorded in O.R. Book 290, page 1627, of the
. Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
together with the undivided share in the Oonmon
Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other
appurtenances to such Unit as set forth in the
Declaration of Oon<iominium.
This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real estate ta~oes for t_he year 1979 and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning regulations and ordinances;
3. All of the terms, provisions, ooriditions, rights, privileges,
obligations, easements and liens set forth and contained in the Declaration
of Condominium and all instruments therein referred to;
4. All the terms of the Ground Lease between SUN BANK OF ST. LiIiCIE
OOiR~fl'Y, a Florida banking corporation, Trustee, and IAWIdWOOD M®ICAL
ASSOCIATES, LTD., a Florida Limited Partnership, referred to in Certificate
of Existence of Ground Lease recorded in O.R. Book 290, page 1621, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. All of the agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, if any, whidl may now affect the
aforedescribed Property.

1778-1781, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

AND said Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said property
