THIS IS TO CERTIFY that Min-Tsen Lee, M.D. and Cheng-Ling
Lee, his wife have been approved by LAWNWOOD CONDOMINIUM
ASSOCIATION, INC., as the Purchasers of the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 2A OF LAWNWOOD MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING, a
Condominium according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium dated the 17th day of July, 1978, and re-
corded in Official Record Book 290, Page 1627, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
together with the undivided share in the Common
Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other
appurtenances to such Unit as set forth in the.
Declaration of Condominium.
Such approval has been given pursuant to the provisions of
