has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
ar+d !o the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
