THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is

judgment-or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that commencing on ~ ~ ~ ,
1979, the Father, CORDIE WILLIFORD shall pay to the

the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall
