of the above described real property that are or may be:
1. Comprehended by and described in the plat of RIVER
PLACE, a subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 18, page 10,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
2. Described in deed from Patrick B. Lally to Frank H.
