H. Fee, III, dated August 18, 1978, recorded in O.R. Book

Mortgagor covenants with mortgagee to subordinate the lien
and operation of this mortgage to the lien and operation of
a construction mortgage from mortgagor to Sun Bank of St.
Lucie County in a principal sum not exceeding the sum reason- i
i ably calculated to construct a road over and upon the above
described real property; and provided mortgagee is furnished
suitable evidence by said Sun Bank of St. Lucie County that
all construction funds, disbursed from time to time, are used
in the actual improvement of the above described property.
