ory, do hereby revoke and annul any and all Wills and Codicils
thereto by me at any time heretofore made and do hereby make, pub-

lish and declare this instrument to be my last will and testament.

I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral
expenses and the expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as
practicable after my death.
I desire and direct that my body not be buried, but
rather be cremated and that this be'~done before my remains are
transferred to my place of burial in~Graham Cemetery in Wood
County, Wayne, Ohio.
I further desire and direct that there be no memorial

service conducted upon my demise.

i I give, and bequeath my 32nd degree masonic consistory
~ diamond ring to my daughter, MARILYN J. ZIENKA.

I give, bequeath and devise all the res t, residue and
rei~ainde~r of my estate, including property over which I have a
power of appointment, unto the following persons in the following
manner:

A. One-half thereof to my wife, IRIS B. WILCOX, pro-

vided however that she survives me. If she predeceases me or if
we meet death under circumstances as to come within the provisions

of the Simultaneous Death Act in the State of Florida, then such
