and Petitioner, decedent's natural mother, had custody of
decedent at the time of her death.
6. The assets in this estate consist of a contingent
and unliquidated claim for wrongful death against EDWARD
DAVIS and others. The approximate value of the claim is
unknown at this time and the filing of a bond by the personal
representative would serve no useful purpose.
7. After the exercise of reasonable diligence, Petitioner
is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or Codicils of the decedent.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that BARBARA BARBER be
appointed personal representative of the estate of the
decedent, to serve without bond.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
