II This cause came on for trial this 19th da of October 1 7 and

~ the Court, having given full consideration of the parties and subject matter
it of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the

II parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
it should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ii ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between MARY ANN MYERS
i
and DANIEL MYERS, be and the same, .is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICHAEL MYERS and MICHELE MYERS (twins),
minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARY ANN MYERS, with
reasonable rights of visitation reserved to DANIEL MYERS, including 2 weeks
of each calendar year after the husband has provided wife with thirty (30)
t days written notice prior thereto.
E 3. SUPPORT. Commencing on the 12th day of October, 1979, DANIEL ~

MYERS xhall pay to 1`tARY ANN MYERS the sum of $30.00 each and every week, per
child, for a total of $60.00, for the support of the children named above.
Ea payment-shall be made to the Clerk of this Cour and, by

' him, remitted prompt to MARY ANN MYERS. In addition, re is herein
5 assessed the sum of $2.00 a statutory costs to added to each payment made
} to the Clerk. All payments shal a made cash, money order, or cashie '
