ORDER
This cause, having come on to be heard before me this day upon
motion of the Wife to amend her complaint for dissolution of marriage,
and this Court having heard the argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Amend be and the same is
hereby granted. The Second Amended Petition For Dissolution of Marriage
attached to Wife's Motion shall stand as the Wife's petition, with
leave of the Husband to respond thereto within 20 days hereof.
DONE AND ORDERED this 23d day of October, 1979, in Ft. Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
