O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard the 23rd day of October, 1979,
upon a Motion by-the Wife for a Restraining Order, and the Court
after hearing argument of counsel and being otherwise advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion be and the same is hereby
granted; and that both the Wife and the Husband are hereby restrained
from harassing, molesting, or otherwise bothering each other in any
manner whatsoever. This restraining order is enforceable by the
Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their deputies and the Sheriffs
or their deputies shall take the offending party into custody without
further order of this Court.
Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is retained
for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. - -
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers, in Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County
