ORA FRANKLIN BAIRD, Husband.
MODIFIED FINAL JUDGMENT
~ This cause, having come on to be heard before me, upon
petition of the Husband for modification of the final decree
entered into this cause on November 30, 1976, and this Court
having reviewed the stipulation of the parties entered into
evidence, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is the finding of this Court that it has jurisdiction over
the parties, and the subject matter of this action; that it
is in the best interest of the minor children of the parties
that the final judgment in this cause be modified; and,
~1 that the stipulation of the parties has been freely and
voluntarily entered into by the parties as provided by law.
I Therefore, it~is upon consideration .
ADJUDGED that the final judgment of this Court dated

~ November 30, 1976, be and the same is hereby modified as
follows:
1. The Husband, ORA FRANKLIN BAIRD, shall have the
care, custody, and control of the minor children of the
parties, TERRI ANN BAIRD, CHARLES ROBERT BAIRD, and
~ RAYMOND LEE BAIRD, with reasonable visitation rights reserved

to the Wife, MARTHA VIRGINIA BAIRD.
2. This Court shall retain jurisdiction over the parties

- and the subject matter for entry of such further orders as

this Court may deem just.
