ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on the Father's Motion
to Set Aside and Vacate the Order dated October 16, 1979, and the
Mother's Motion for Temporary Custody, and the Court having considered
the file and heard argument of counsel and being otherwise fully and
well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Order of October 16, 1979,
entered in this cause shall be and it is hereby modified and the
Father shall be permitted to take the child of the parties, ERIN ELAI1`?E
GREER, out of the State of Florida, provided, however, that the Father
shall and he is hereby ordered to post a good and sufficient bond in
the amount of 51,000.00 in cash or with an authorized surety, conditioned
j upon the appearance of the Father with the child at the hearing to be
l
scheduled on or about 30 days from the date of this Order at which time
the Mother's Motion for Temporary Custody will be heard. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Mother's Motion for Temporary
Custody shall be and it is hereby continued as set forth above.~It is
further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUL~GFD that the Mother shall L•e permitted
reasonable visitation with the child until the Father and the. child
depart and she shall and she is hereby ordered to return the child to
the Father on or before the morning of October 19, 197p.
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida
on this 19th day cf October, 1979.
