THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on the Wil'e's Motion
for Order of Contempt and Notice of Hearing and all parties having
appeared in Court with counsel and the Husband having, paid all money
due under Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Order dated August 28, 1979, on
or about the date of the hearing, and it further appearing that the
rusband is in contempt for violation of the provisions of Paragraph 5
of the order dated August 28, 1979, and the Court having heard testi-
money of the parties and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, RICHARD E. ROBERTS,
shall be and he is hereby found to be in contempt of this Court for
his failure to make monthly installment payments on the 1975 Ford LTD
f automobile which is in the possession of the Wife; it is further

ORDERED AND RDJUDGED that the Husband shall purge himself
of contempt by taking whatever measures are necessary in order to save
harmless the above-mentioned automobile and to prevent repossession
by ariy party of said automobile; it is further
ORDEP.ED AND ADJUDGED that this Court reserves ruling on

award of attorney's fees until final hearing. -
