DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of. w/L ,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between tl~e
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RUSSELL E. DISINGER
i
and CAROLYN R. DISINGER be the the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
's
~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of JESSICA JEANNE DISINGER and JAMES RUSSELL
i DISINGER, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
CAROLYN R. DISINGER with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Petitioner,
RUSSELL E. DISINGER.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of ,

1979, RUSSELL E. DISINGER shall pay to CARULYN R. DISINGER the sum of $60.00
each and every week, for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him

remitted promptly to CAROLYN R. DISINGER. In addition there is hereby assessed
